We are looking to fill these positions below in our agency so that we can continue to service our existing clients 200+ corporate clients as well as our Public Sector clients (US Postal Employees, State of California employees, Homeland Security employees, US Customs and Border officers, Filling these positions will also allow us to continue to add to our client list, as well as service theses employees working in the public sector. Employee Benefit Specialist / HealthCare Reform Consultant
We are looking to fill a position for an
individual who would
interface with our Corporate clients that we currently provide
employee benefit products and services. This individual would make
recommendations on our client’s employee benefit structure, including the
recommendation of insurance companies (Group Health, Pension Plans, and
Voluntary Benefits) and the design of the plans. The primary focus “benefit-wise”
would be Disability Income
and Supplementary Medical plans. In consideration of the current
Health-care arena, an individual who a strong understanding in these two
areas of insurance, we feel , will be a strong position to assist our firm with
not only retention of our clients, but also in the area of acquiring new clients
who are looking for strategies to get their healthcare plans under control! Annual compensation start point is $75,000
plus bonuses. Training can be “home-based” : Consultant can train from home during initial period of training! Work schedule is flexible with telecommuting options. Benefit
options including health insurance available. We would prefer individuals who already have the required
licenses (Life and Disability License) but we will consider a non-licensed
individual that we would then assist/sponsor to acquire the required license. Many of our clients run their benefit plans on a Fiscal-Year so we are starting our busy season now (Open Enrollment Season) and need this individual, hired and trained within the next few weeks.
Account Executives:
Individuals to help us maintain our corporate clients as well as develop new corporate clients. Outside Sales backround helpful but not required. Will train in this position.One of our key offerings in the employee benefit market is a menu of voluntary insurance plans that not only supplement and expand benefits, but also lower the employers overhead-operating expenses ; this is a true win-win for both employee and employer! Compensation start point: 50K Account Managers:
Individuals to manage the day to day aspects of our corporate clients employee benefit plans. Sales and management backround helpful but not required. Will train in this position. One of our key offerings in the employee benefit market is a menu of voluntary insurance plans that not only supplement and expand benefits, but also lower the employers overhead-operating expenses ; this is a true win-win for both employee and employer! Compensation start point: 40K. Benefit Consultants:
Individuals who are benefit communicators to the employees of our corporate clients. One of our key offerings in the employee benefit market is a menu of voluntary insurance plans that not only supplement and expand benefits, but also lower the employers overhead-operating expenses ; this is a true win-win for both employee and employer! Ability to communicate in Spanish helpful, but not required. Will train in this position. Compensation start point 30K + .
Postal Employee Benefit Consultant: Individuals to assist us with presenting Voluntary Benefit Options that Postal employees have under the Federal Allotment System. Benefit Consultant would meet with these Postal employees at their work site and present Voluntary Benefit Options, and enroll Postal Employees in those benefits they wish to be covered by. An example of the type of coverage offered is “disability income”. Postal workers do not receive State Disability, so they are very interested in enrolling in personal disability plans to protect their incomes from disabilities. Compensation start point is $50K +
Insurance Agency Office Assistant
An individual to assist in the day to day activities of running an insurance agency. Responsibilities would include managing our corporate clients “open-enrollments” ( whereby employees make the benefit decisions for the coming year) . Other office activities would include data base entry, responding the customer calls, ect.Required skills: MS Office applications including MS Word, and MS Access D Base skills.Office is Beverly Hills adjacent. Position is “part-time” with annual income start point of $28,000.Flexible hours.
